Schedule of Events

Thursday

3:00 – 5:00 p.m. – Check-in Opens

  • Check-in opens at the museum. Sign in for wristband (possibly other items) for the weekend. We could help facilitate this in the Judy Weekend Room so that the cash register area can be free to help customers.
  • Judy music or movies playing in the art room.
  • Snacks in the art room.

6:00 – 8:00 p.m. – Welcome Dinner

  • Pre-pay for dinner in the art room. Provide options from Sammys’s.
  • Birthday Cake
  • Judy Mocktails

Friday

9:00 a.m. – Favorites from the Archives with John Kelche

  • Topic could be favorite items, strangest stories, wish items, stories about auctions.

10:00 a.m. – Guided Museum Tour with John Kelche

LUNCH – On Your Own

2:00 – 4:00 p.m. – Candle Making Event

  • Held at the Old School
  • Judy Movie
  • Pay at the event

DINNER – On Your Own

6:30 – 8:00 p.m. – Judy Bargo at Klokow

  • Everyone’s favorite Judy Bargo!
    • We could combine Bargo and Dinner if food trucks are at Klokow? 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. – Bargo and Dinner

Saturday

9:00 a.m. – Favorites from the Archives with John Kelche Part 2

  • Part 2 or a Friday repeat for people who arrived in Grand Rapids later Friday.
  • Topic could be favorite items, strangest stories, wish items, stories about auctions.
  • Janie, you mentioned Ray might want to join and talk about auctions?
  • Gingham Theme day!

10:00 a.m. – Golf Course Update

  • Get the latest updates on the Wizard of Oz Mini Golf Course

11:00 a.m. Ruby Slipper Tour with John Kelche

LUNCH – On Your Own

1:30p.m.– Judy Trivia

2:45 – 3:15p.m. – Group Photo and Ice Cream Social

  • Group photo in front of the house (weather permitting).
  • Judy and Oz themed ice cream.

3:30 – 4:30p.m. – Show and Tell / Fan Marketplace

  • Bring your favorite Judy items to display.

6:00 – 8:00p.m. – Ruby Red Handed Documentary and Pizza Party

  • Art room
  • Pre-pay for pizza

Sunday

  • No specific agenda.
  • Last chance for gift shop items!
